The plastic foundation for the delineator post is buried in the ground, and is safe-guarded with an anchor to prevent dislocation. The triangular shape with a 125 × 105 cross section allows a post with the prescribed dimensions to be inserted into it.
The plastic foundation is made from high density polyethylene, which ensures shape stability between -30 ° C and 90 ° C. The advantage of using a foundation for the post is one-time installation into the surface. When changing the post, digging is no longer necessary, as the old post is removed from the foundation and a new post is inserted into it.
