Delineator Type A

The delineator is the most common form of marking of the edge of the road. It enables safer driving especially in more difficult weather conditions and at night. The body is made of HDPE, which is additionally UV stabilised after the procedure of extrusion, which gives a firm product with uniform walls. The colour of the product is white. The delineator is tested and complies with the standard SIST EN 12899-3:2008.

Light reflectors are sunk into the body of the delineator, as this improves the mechanical characteristics and reduces the chances of damage. The bottom part of the body is drilled out for the purpose of anchoring into the foundation. The shortest life expectancy of delineator is 5 years.
